Job Title: Meetings & Events Manager - Corporate
Salary:£45,000 - £48,000 + Benefits
Location: London
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Meetings & Events Manager to head up the in-house Events and Planning team across 2 corporate sites. Our client is seeking a passionate individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must have strong knowledge and experience in planning and running corporate events, with excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective event management across multiple event spaces
* Lead and manage the Event Planning teams to deliver 5 star events
* Recruitment, training and development of the team
* Work with the team to effectively plan and prepare for each event
* Conduct weekly event meetings including all service providers
* Work effectively alongside external suppliers
* Health & Safety
* Awareness of budget and identify cost saving opportunities
Skills and Experience:
* Experience planning and delivering corporate events across multiple spaces
* Be an experienced leader with strong motivational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
* Understanding of Health & Safety
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Flexible and adaptable
