Job Description
The Temporary Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
3. Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly.
4. Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
5. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
8. Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve financial queries.
9. Support the finance team with administrative tasks as required.
10. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Finance Assistant should have:
11. Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
13. Ideally have used the system Sage previously.
