The role Joining a busy and well-established Commercial Property department supporting experienced fee earners Providing essential paralegal, secretarial and administrative support to ensure exceptional client service Opening files and managing client due diligence and onboarding processes Preparing and generating correspondence and legal documentation Carrying out searches and dealing with the Land Registry Liaising with clients, agents and third parties by telephone and email, handling routine enquiries Coordinating diaries, attending meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client matter files and key date reminder systems Managing file closing and archiving processes Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks — could you see yourself thriving in a fast-paced team where your contribution genuinely matters?
