Your Day‑to‑Day
Be ready to make every day different! From cooking up a storm in the kitchen to kicking a ball in the garden or even trying your hand at some music or crafts, you’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children who need it.
You’ll work within a close‑knit team of six, with support from managers, multidisciplinary teams, and outdoor experts—everyone dedicated to helping children find their path to brighter futures.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience with children in care, education, or another setting, bringing passion and energy.
* Enthusiasm & resilience: eagerness to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
* Qualifications: Working towards (or already holding) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
Work Schedule
10‑11 working days per month, allowing you to balance career and personal life.
