The Role
An opportunity has arisen at Northampton to join the Production Team as an Operative. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can‑do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support a continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage.
Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided. It is expected that Production Operators will be able to train in multiple areas providing a multi‑skilled and flexible team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate the designated machine in line with its technical requirements
* Ensure health and safety best practices are being followed
* Continuously focus on quality
* Control and monitoring of machines
* Monitoring cleanliness of working area
* General manual handling
* Basic computer tasks
