As a Supplier Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier ecosystem—overseeing onboarding, engagement, and performance. You’ll ensure accurate, high-quality data collection for packaging portfolios, while fostering long-term partnerships and driving operational excellence.
🎯 What You’ll Deliver
* Manage supplier relationships and communications using CRM and internal systems.
* Lead onboarding processes and ensure SLA compliance.
* Support suppliers on our proprietary platform, e-halo, and become a super user.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Data Assurance, Consultancy, Technology, etc.).
* Analyse and present data insights to improve supplier performance.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
📚 Your Experience
* Proven experience in supplier relationship management.
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
