Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for our client covering various sites throughout Lanarkshire. Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and flexible individual to join an established team in a front-of-house role. The position is offered on an ongoing week-to-week basis, supporting multiple sites across Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy, corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for all occupiers and visitors. Manage the access control system and ensure building security protocols are followed. Provide clear and effective communication to all occupiers. Compile and submit accurate statistical reports as required. Collaborate with the Building Manager and wider FM team to support daily operations. Handle incoming telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A confident and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong team player, able to work effectively with others. Offering Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm. £12.60 per hour, paid weekly.
