This is a high-impact position where the successful candidate will work closely with portfolio businesses to identify leadership gaps, secure top executive hires, and support organisational growth across a range of sectors.
Location & Work Pattern
* Base: London, the Midlands, or Scotland
* 3 days per week in-office
* Travel required across the North, Midlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying board-level leadership needs and presenting high-calibre executive candidates
* Supporting Deal Teams with talent strategy, executive search, and management due diligence
* Driving leadership development and performance reviews across portfolio Boards
* Ensuring best practices in Talent Network operations, data management, and communications
Candidate Requirements
* Extensive experience recruiting at the C-suite/Board level, including CEOs and Non-Executive Directors
* Demonstrated success working with private equity–backed companies
* Strong judgment in assessing senior-level candidates and cultural fit
* Expertise in organisational design, talent planning, and leadership development
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in demanding, fast-paced environments
