Teach Now is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Brent, supporting students with additional learning needs across Key Stages 3–5.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in mainstream classroom settings.
• Assist teachers in adapting lesson plans and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
• Monitor progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Experience working with SEN students in a school environment (secondary preferred).
