Responsibilities


Bid Writing

* Create persuasive, tailored content for bids and proposals.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical and operational input.
* Ensure responses meet client specifications and scoring criteria.
* Edit and proofread submissions for clarity, consistency, and impact.


Tender Management

* Identify relevant tender opportunities across public and private sectors.
* Manage the end‑to‑end bid process, including timelines, documentation, and submission.
* Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contributions.
* Maintain a bid tracker and report on outcomes and lessons learned.


Content Development

* Build and maintain a library of reusable content, case studies, and credentials.
* Update company profiles, policies, and supporting documents for bids.


Compliance & Quality Assurance

* Ensure all submissions comply with legal, commercial, and procedural requirements.
* Conduct post‑bid reviews to improve future performance.


Collaboration & Communication

* Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align bid strategy with business goals.
* Support the development of pitch presentations and client‑facing materials.


Candidate Profile

Our perfect candidate has a wealth of knowledge across various technologies and the ability to deliver five‑star solutions that keep our clients happy. Excellent customer‑facing skills, technical flair and strong communication are essential.


Requirements

* Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider.
* Commercially aware with proven sales experience.
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
* Must be able to deal with technical product information.
* Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
* Well‑versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
* Excellent conversational fluency in English required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
