PSR Solutions are working with a Fire Stopping Specialist contractor who are looking to appoint a Fire Stopping Project Manager to Monitor the progress of fire protection installations on a permanent basis.
Duties:
1. Conducting regular site inspections to verify compliance with regulations, standards, and project requirements.
2. Oversee the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems, ensuring proper documentation of results.
3. Ensure a high quality of HSEQ management is promoted and adhered to.
4. Plan and manage their project in-line with key performance indicators.
5. Maintain high quality communication with the client.
6. Co-ordinate temporary and permanent works design including obtaining the required certificates.
7. Develop Client Progress Reports, Accounts, budgets etc. in a timely manner.
8. Measurement and valuation of works complete on site (in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor where appropriate).
9. Develop and maintain client relationships to promote new business.
Requirements:
Experience working in a similar position within a fire stopping or fit out experience.
Have the necessary degree and management qualification.
In-date SMSTS and CSCS IFC, BM TRADA, FIREAS or LPCB certifications (preferred though not necessarily essential).
