Key Responsibilities Classroom Cover: Lead pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment. Pastoral Mentoring: Act as a "first responder" for student well-being, working within the school's pastoral team to support individual student needs. Behaviour Support: Implement the school's behaviour policy with a firm, fair, and consistent approach, helping students understand and improve their choices.
