Commis Chef - full time 45hrs
Nestled in the heart of the lovely market town of Chipping Norton lies The Blue Boar. A stunning pub dating from the 17th century offering a 'best of British' seasonal menu alongside a range of premium old & new world wines, international lagers, well-conditioned ales and fantastic personal service from our small, friendly team. We're a busy pub serving great food every day and have a busy bar serving locals and visitors alike.

What we look for in a Commis Chef:
We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter or an individual looking for their next step to their hospitality career, who consider themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Commis Chef you will:
10. Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
11. Have high standards and a great work ethic
12. Show willingness to learn new skills; be an active team player with excellent communication skills
13. Working alongside your kitchen team; you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
14. Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks
