As part of our new corporate strategy for 2025–2030, we aim to drive positive change in the adult social care workforce in support of the Workforce Strategy for Adult Social Care in England. We are seeking an experienced research and impact professional to evaluate the effectiveness of our work and ensure our initiatives are evidence-led.
This role is within our Research and Impact Team, which provides research and evaluation expertise, delivering insights to help design and implement effective sector support and assess our impact. The successful candidate will lead efforts in developing our impact and evaluation frameworks.
We are looking for a champion of evidence-led working, committed to producing high-quality research and evaluations to underpin our services and foster a culture of innovation and learning.
The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, be a confident collaborator, and able to work across teams and with partners to advance our research and evaluation agenda.
