Interview date: ASAP

Role start date: September 2026

We are excited to announce that Esland will be opening a new SEN school in Doncaster in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, specialist provision supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 to 18 years who have SEND and SEMH needs.

Esland is committed to changing children’s lives for the better, offering nurturing and inclusive environments where every child can thrive. Using our “Turning the Curve” model, we support our pupils to overcome barriers to learning and build towards a positive new chapter.

* Support pupils’ academic and personal development through Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and PEP meetings
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with colleagues, families, and external agencies

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices.

All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way.
