This is a professional services role, ideal for someone who thrives on getting stuck in, leading change, and empowering new teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead on research governance and integrity, including ethics management and trusted research.
* Oversee research culture work – embedding concordats and institution-wide initiatives.
* Manage and develop a new, growing team (initially 3–4 direct reports).
* Provide high-level oversight of systems (overseeing two specialists).
* Collaborate with the coordinator and senior officer to support institutional funding and positive research environments.
