Job Title: Residential Children's Home Support Worker
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our children’s residential homes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Shift Planning: Coordinate shifts with Residential Support Workers to ensure smooth operations.
2. Risk Management: Safely manage risks in line with company policies and procedures.
3. Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication with the team regarding daily plans.
4. Progress Documentation: Use paperless systems to document and report the progress of young people.
5. Care Plan Reviews: Regularly review care plans and other associated documentation.
6. Training: Participate in an in-depth quality training package to support your professional development.
