Full time: Hybrid working Salary: Base £40k + Commission An exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join a growing independent luxury brand. Working directly with the Founder, your sole focus is new business generation — building a strong pipeline, converting leads, and forming long-term wholesale and corporate partnerships. You’ll be supported by a strong brand identity, premium products, and creative campaigns — but this role is all about sales performance. We’re looking for someone who thrives on results, builds relationships with ease, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or close a deal. Key Responsibilites New Business Development Drive wholesale and corporate gifting sales across UK, EU, and international markets Identify and pitch to new retail stockists and partners Convert warm leads into long-term relationships Own outreach strategy with a focus on revenue generation Attend meetings, virtual and in-person, to pitch and present Sales Performance Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM or sales tracking tools for pipeline management Provide regular reporting to the founder on lead status and conversion Light Marketing Support Support alignment with campaign launches for sales outreach Attend select events or pop-ups to support in-person brand representation Feed insights from prospects back to the team (e.g. product feedback, pricing, interest) This role is for you if: You are target-driven and confident in a fast-paced sales environment You are friendly, professional, and good at building trust You are experienced in fashion, lifestyle, gifting, or design-led retail (2–4 years ideal) You are comfortable working independently and taking initiative You are commercially sharp with a passion for beautiful product To apply, please email your CV and a cover letter to studio@londonvelvet.co.uk.
