Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Maintain and enforce operational standards consistently across all areas of the store.
* Drive sales, achieve store targets, and maximise commercial performance.
* Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team to build a high‑performing workforce.
* Ensure full compliance with airport security protocols and operational procedures.
* Maintain the brand’s visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the store reflects its vibrant, trend‑led identity.
Candidate Profile
* Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
* Strong understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations, including international and high‑footfall traffic.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
