This is a fantastic opportunity to work with multiple clinical and administrative professions across our Northern, Eastern and Community Diagnostic services. The role offers a stimulating mix of challenge and variety, spanning capital projects, performance management, service delivery, and operational leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting services that are deeply interconnected with multiple pathways across the organisation. Your remit will include:
1. Driving performance outcomes and service-level governance
2. Leading service development initiatives and capital projects
3. Solving complex staffing challenges across medical and clinical teams
4. Providing visible, hands-on operational support across multiple sites.

5. Demonstrated clinical operational experience
6. A strong understanding of diagnostic performance
7. A versatile skillset to navigate diverse operational challenges
8. Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Location & Flexibility
The post is primarily based in Barnstaple, with a regular commitment in Exeter to ensure consistent support across the scope of services. We’re proud to offer flexible working arrangements and are happy to discuss individual preferences.
