Industry: FMCG What you’ll be doing: Manage complex and sensitive player cases, ensuring outcomes meet both business objectives and prioritise player well-being Leverage data analytics to detect behavioural trends, such as excessive or underage play, and implement timely, appropriate interventions Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class Responsible Player operation and support the success of intervention programs Provide leadership and guidance to the Responsible Play team as needed, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and improvement Main Skills/ Requirements: Proven experience managing teams that support vulnerable or at-risk customers is essential Background in Gambling, Gaming, Financial Services, Insurance, or a similarly regulated industry is required Demonstrated ability to proactively identify vulnerable or at-risk customers Strong track record in managing and developing small teams Experience working in a contact centre environment Experience designing and implementing service propositions for vulnerable players is desirable Understanding of CDD, KYC, or AML procedures is a plus Experience leveraging AI to drive operational improvements is desirable How you’ll be rewarded: Great office facilities, including a wellness room, onsite gym prayer room, rooftop bar more!
