We require one full time (35hrs) and one part time (22.5hrs) Day Care Assistants, Monday to Friday for our busy day care centre in Giffnock. We are looking for someone who is motivated, experienced, and can show a good understanding, and the individual needs of people living with dementia. You will be required to work within a team setting but should be able to show initiative when involved in group work, and also on a one to one basis.
Full time post will be a key worker managing all paperwork involved in client care, I.T skills preferred.
Duties include: Purposeful and meaningful activities, personal care, assisting clients at meal times, key working, liaising with carers and stakeholders, bus and taxi escort duties, housekeeping etc.
SVQ level 3 in Adult Health & social care is essential.
Valid to work in the UK. No sponsorship can be offered.
