* You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the busy Lounge area in our luxury five star hotel
* You will be making and serving speciality coffees and afternoon tea
* You will be providing guests with a memorable experience through exceptional standards of service and your own winning personality
* The role does require you to assist in other areas such as Room Service and Cocktail Bar
What we need from you…
* Polite and personable with good customer service skills
* Well presented and impeccably groomed
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
* Previous waiting experience is desirable, including preparing speciality hot drinks, however not essential as full training will be given.
* A positive personality and service with a smile
