We are seeking to appoint a Database and Insight Officer to work for the Foundation.
This post will report to the Head of Philanthropy.
The roles and responsibilities will include:
* Take responsibility for the Foundation's CRM system (Raisers' Edge) and work with colleagues to ensure it is
maintained, updated, and aligned with the organisation's needs.
* Analyse data to generate insights that inform engagement and fundraising strategies
* Lead on using data from RE and other desk-based research activities to support team-members with their
relationship building & prospect cultivation e.g. pulling together individual research profiles before a meeting or event
* Collaborate with the Foundation's Director of Data & Information to ensure our database complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation.
Hours per week : 18.75 hours per week, all year round
Salary : £16,994 to £18,526 per annum, FTE £33,534 to £36,558 per annum
