Churchill Howard are excited to partner with a market-leading business operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to join its Group FP&A team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will influence performance across a complex, multi-entity business. You’ll play a critical part in driving cost discipline, optimising revenue, and shaping strategic decision-making at Group level.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will go beyond traditional reporting - delivering forward-looking insight, challenging assumptions, and helping steer the business through a dynamic and evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Insight
* Lead group-level analysis across revenue, margins, and cost base, delivering clear, actionable insight
* Own and enhance monthly performance reporting, ensuring clarity for senior leadership
* Provide variance analysis and commentary, identifying risks and opportunities
Cost Control & Efficiency
* Drive cost control initiatives across the group, improving visibility and accountability
* Partner with operational and finance teams to challenge spend and embed financial discipline
* Identify and track efficiency opportunities across multiple business units
Revenue Optimisation
* Support pricing, volume, and mix analysis to enhance revenue performance
* Work closely with commercial teams to understand drivers of growth and profitability
* Provide insight into market trends and performance levers
Planning & Forecasting
* Support delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
* Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and financial plans
* Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes
Business Partnering
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, including Group Finance and operational leadership
* Influence decision-making through data-led insight and commercial challenge
* Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects across the group
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into clear insight
* Experience in cost control, performance analysis, and revenue optimisation
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-change, high-growth environment
