Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Must possess current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization, with valid CPR and First Aid credentials.
* Demonstrated experience in lifeguarding, aquatic safety, or emergency response in a similar setting.
* Strong observational skills with the ability to maintain focus for extended periods in high-risk environments.
* Physical fitness sufficient to perform rescues, including swimming proficiency and endurance.
* Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and manage emergency situations effectively.
