SC Cleared IT Support / Desktop Engineer
Location: Carterton (onsite)
Contract: ASAP - potential for long term extension
The Role
You’ll be supporting a secure IT environment, responsible for maintaining day‑to‑day IT services across a central hub and surrounding sites.
Key responsibilities
* Managing and updating support tickets in line with SLAs
* Handling hardware triage and break/fix for in‑warranty devices
* Managing IT stock and asset tracking (scan in/out, lifecycle)
* Supporting device deployments and locker replenishment
* Coordinating with vendors for parts and returns
* Ensuring processes are followed within a secure, regulated environment
What You’ll Need
* Active SC Clearance
* Experience in desktop support / IT support / EUC
* Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting experience
* Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process
