Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing Home. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.
Responsibilities
* Deliver direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
* Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
* Supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
* Follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.
* Handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift.
Requirements
* NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Compassionate and caring individual with the ability to empathize with the needs of residents.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
