Title: Head of Payroll
Location: Derby
Salary: £50,000
Working Structure: Hybrid (office based for probationary period)

This is a rare opportunity for a strategically focused Senior Payroll Manager to join this growing organisation through a period of transition.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead on the Payroll Strategy across multiple sites.
* Manage a team of 3.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
* Experience leading on Payroll strategy for organisations with high volume payrolls.
* Exposure to a changing payroll function, through implementations or project work.
* Strong team management experience.
