As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we seek an experienced and strategic Tenant Acquisition Manager/Leader to help accelerate customer growth. For the right person we will consider making this a Head of Tenant Acquisition role (based on experience)
📌 About the Role
As the Tenant Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for rapidly scaling our tenant pipeline, designing targeted acquisition strategies, and developing high-quality customer journeys from initial enquiry to HPP application. You'll take ownership of our tenant acquisition channels, driving innovation, scalability, and regulatory compliance. This role will directly influence the growth trajectory and commercial success of the business.
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute tenant acquisition strategies across multiple channels including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, events, and direct engagement.
* Optimise customer journeys and onboarding processes to maximise conversions from initial enquiry to approved HPP tenants.
* Utilise market data and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and continuously refine customer targeting and messaging.
* Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party marketing agencies, affiliates, estate agents, and housing sector stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with underwriting, sales, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and highly effective tenant onboarding process.
* Develop and monitor clear KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management.
* Ensure all tenant acquisition activities meet FCA regulatory standards and company compliance policies.
* Contribute strategically to product development, branding, and market positioning to enhance market presence and customer appeal.
🎯 Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in customer acquisition or growth roles, ideally property finance, mortgages, or related sectors. We are also interested in speaking to those working as a head of lettings within the Build to Rent or Single Family housing sector.
* Strong track record of successful tenant or customer acquisition strategies, preferably within innovative startups or fast-growing businesses.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, lead generation, and customer conversion strategies.
* Experience designing and implementing effective customer journeys and onboarding processes.
* Familiarity with regulatory environments and the ability to ensure full compliance while driving growth.
* Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
