What You’ll Do:
* Drive sales from reservation to completion, ensuring everything stays on track and on time.
* Serve as the key contact for buyers, solicitors, agents and site teams.
* Proactively resolve issues to reduce fall‑throughs.
* Deliver a smooth, supportive customer experience throughout the buying journey.
* Maintain accurate records, reports and forecasts.
* Coordinate internally to align build, legal and handover stages.
* Support the wider sales team with administrative and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in sales progression, property, conveyancing or a customer‑focused role in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong understanding of the home buying and conveyancing process.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
