The successful candidate will provide professional planning services in accordance with the requirements of business needs, with a particular focus on supporting major and complex developments through the planning process.
They will offer expert advice on planning law and critically examine and recommend decisions on complex major applications under planning and related legislation (including those concerning listed buildings, conservation areas, tree preservation orders, advertisements, hazardous substances, etc.), ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
