Your key responsibilities will include: Providing professional and courteous advice, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience. Guiding customers from reservation through to legal completion, home‐demonstration, warranties and beyond, you’ll be there every step of the journey. Contributing fresh ideas to marketing and promotion: digital campaigns, lead generation, and making sure our brand stands out. Staying ahead of the market: monitoring competitor activity, identifying trends and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge. Managing plot files, purchaser extras, marketing materials. Working closely with construction teams to coordinate home hand-overs, plot updates and demonstrations to ensure our customers receive the high standard they expect.
