Project Manager - Tier 1
Project Manager - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.
The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on MoD contracts ranging from £10m - £30m.

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
- Basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager delivering construction projects ranging from £10m+
