Hours
21 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus two additional weeks). Hours will be worked flexibly over a minimum of four days per week.
Pay
£25,052 – £26,825 (PS4 Full‑Time Equivalent)
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality technical support to teaching staff and students.
* Prepare materials and equipment, including laser cutters, 3D printers and other digital technologies.
* Assist with the organisation and upkeep of departmental resources.
* Promote safe working practices by maintaining equipment and preparing materials in accordance with risk assessments.
* Ensure all workspaces are well organised and fully compliant with the school's health and safety procedures.
* Work flexibly across the department, prioritising tasks and using initiative.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and the wider school team.
* Communicate effectively with young people, using both verbal and written skills.
* Maintain a positive, solution‑focused approach to support the school's learning environment.
