They specialise in offering environmental advice and strategy, embedded design and environmental master planning, as well as survey and assessment services. They operate across several sectors, including air quality, noise, ecology, environmental policy, and economics.
They work with both public and private sector clients, delivering high-quality environmental and design consultancy services. Their team of over 100 environmental experts ensures that environmental objectives are integrated into the heart of project designs, promoting sustainable and resilient development. They are doing some excellent work on a range of renewables projects across the UK currently!
Your new role
As Principal EIA Consultant, you will play a key leadership role on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. You will be responsible for:
Leading EIA delivery for medium–large scale developmentsProviding technical direction and quality assurance on environmental planning workActing as project manager forplex, multidisciplinarymissionsCoordinating internal specialists and external stakeholdersSupporting business development through tender writing, proposals and client relationship managementMentoring and developing junior members of the teamWhat you'll need to succeed
Degree in EIA, Planning, or related disciplineChartered membership of IEMA and/or MRTPIStrong analytical, presentation, andmunication skillsExperience preparing fee proposals and contributing to bidsProficiency in GIS and understanding of environmental technical disciplinesSelf-motivated, organised, and collaborativeFull UK driving licenceWhat you'll get in return
