As one of ourFood & Beverage Supervisors, you’ll play a key role in bringing this space, as well as our other outlets, to life. This is more than supervising shifts; it’s about setting standards, leading from the floor, and helping shape the member and guest experience in a venue we’re incredibly proud of.
Set within 25 acres on the banks of the River Thames, The Lensbury combines a 155‑bedroom hotel, exclusive leisure club, spa and events spaces—making our food and beverage operation vibrant, varied and fast‑paced.
The role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant and bar operation, supporting the F&B management team and leading service across our outlets.
You’ll:
* Take ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring every guest experience reflects the quality of our new space
* Lead, motivate and support the F&B team on shift, setting the tone and leading by example
* Oversee room and bar set‑ups throughout the day, from breakfast through to evening service
* Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
* Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes
* Support menu launches, promotions and special events linked to our relaunch
* Assist with stock control, cost awareness and minimising waste
* Work flexibly across outlets to support business peaks and events
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing standards
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor and takes real pride in delivering great hospitality.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced, people‑focused supervisor who thrives in a busy hospitality environment.
You’ll bring:
* Previous supervisory experience within food & beverage (hotel or members’ club experience beneficial but not essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High service standards and attention to detail
* Confidence working in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A Personal Licence (preferred but not essential)
