This very well-regarded London law firm with an impressive reputation across private client and commercial services, is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (1–4 PQE) to join their growing team.
This firm is known for its personable culture, high-quality work and strong client relationships across HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices and international investors. The Role
You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New-build transactions
* Lease extensions and enfranchisement
* Transfers of equity and refinancing
* Complex and high-value matters for domestic and international clients
You’ll work closely with an experienced team, while maintaining responsibility for your own files and client relationships.
About You
* 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in Residential Property.
* Strong technical knowledge and a confident, commercial approach.
* Excellent client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
