We’re working with a highly respected, market-leading London agency looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful West Wickham office, a profitable, well-established branch with genuine progression potential.
This role would suit someone already performing at Sales Negotiator level, or an ambitious Negotiator ready to step up and take ownership.

The Opportunity
The manager is looking for someone capable of helping run the office in her absence, someone organised, commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about delivering a high standard of service.
You’ll be trusted with:
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Generating valuations and winning instructions
You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to develop into a leadership role naturally through performance.
What They’re Looking For
o Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator
o Someone operating at, or ready for, Senior Negotiator level
o Valuation experience or strong interest in progressing into valuations
o Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
o Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
o Team player mentality with a collaborative approach
o Hungry, driven, and genuinely passionate about property
