Our Manchester office is currently seeking a Residential focussed Valuation Surveyor. This role calls for an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.

Ideal Candidate

* RICS-registered valuers with a focus on loan security
* Experienced in Residential Development Valuation advisory work
* Competent with the use of Argus Developer and other proprietary software

Key Areas of Work
* Loan Security: Offering lenders comprehensive, independent reports on market and rental values of properties, development schemes or entire portfolios.
* Alternative Valuations: Conducting valuations for financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation.
* Company Accounts Valuation: Providing clients with detailed, accurate reports on the value of their property assets.
* Fund Valuation: Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings.
