Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across our partner primary schools in South Sheffield and Chesterfield.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and who can work flexibly across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident adapting to different classroom settings.
The Role:
* Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils to help them reach their learning goals.
* Assist with classroom management, organisation, and preparation of learning materials.
* Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting (school or nursery preferred).
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
* Confidence working with children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate (desirable but not essential).
