Key Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration or development within Epicor
* Support the design and optimisation of Epicor modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CRM
* Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions
* Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows and training materials
* Assist with testing activities including test planning, script creation and execution
* Provide day to day support, troubleshooting and issue resolution across the Epicor user base
* Work with technical teams to oversee upgrades, patches and enhancements
* Deliver user training and foster best practice adoption across departments
* Ensure system data integrity through monitoring, validation and governance activities
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience working with Epicor ERP in a business analyst or similar functional role
* Strong understanding of core business processes such as procurement, inventory, production and finance
* Ability to gather and translate complex requirements into clear functional documentation
* Experience with configuration, customisation and reporting within Epicor
* Familiarity with SQL, BAQs and dashboards is advantageous
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving capability with attention to detail
