We have a vacancy within our Engineering Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Office Administrator on the Day Shift. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.
Shift Pattern: Day shift - 39 hours per week working 07.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays, with designated breaks
Location: Accrofab (Alcester) Limited B49 6EH
Role Accountabilities:
* Control the administration email account, liaising directly with SME, Projects, Manufacturing, Production and Quality teams to deliver requests completed within operating rules defined.
* Requests include, but not limited to:
Purchase Requisitions
ERP Planning amendments – non-technical
Sourcing of equipment/consumables specified by the requester – non-technical
Coordinator of internal document approvals and signatures
* General administration and office duties including filing, scanning, post, email, and input of data in the Production control and ERP systems.
* Effective communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and company personnel
* Participation in team meetings where required
* Printing Route Cards, Drawings, Rework routings, Scheduling Plans, etc
* Efficient processing of sorting, scanning, and filing of paperwork.
