* Perform high-quality diagnostics and repairs with a focus on first-time fixes.
* Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and upsell opportunities.
* Maintain open communication with workshop supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
* Keep your work bay organised, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
* Participate in ongoing training to sharpen technical knowledge and broaden your skillset.
* If applicable: Conduct MOTs in line with DVSA standards.

* Keep your work bay organised, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.

* If applicable: Conduct MOTs in line with DVSA standards.
Qualifications & Experience for Vehicle Technician
* Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds).
* Desirable: Prior experience in a diagnostic or service technician role.
* Open to: Enthusiastic newly qualified candidates full support and training available.
