Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the design, integration, and security testing of OT cybersecurity solutions.
* Facilitate the development of cybersecurity assessment methodologies.
* Manage the implementation of robust security risk management processes, including accreditation activities.
* Provide OT cybersecurity governance, advice, and assurance to stakeholders.
* Conduct security reviews, audits, and technical assessments.
* Provide subject‑matter expertise input to business growth and development.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant OT security standards.
Qualifications
* Established or developing knowledge of OT cybersecurity within CNI or industrial/operational environments.
* Understanding of OT/ICS technologies such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU.
* Experience with security engineering technologies: endpoint protection, firewalls and IDS on both IT and OT networks.
* Familiar with implementing standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27000, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIS/NIS2 regulations.
* Comfortable explaining threat‑based and risk‑informed security considerations in clear business terms.
* Sound understanding of design principles relating to operational safety, reliability and resilience.
* Awareness of cloud/edge integration into OT environments.
