Field Sales Operations Manager (National)
Background – FMCG Convenience / Retail Pharmacy / Field Sales / Retail Stores Merchandising
Territory: National Reference: KSP/COMB
We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Field Operational Manager. The role focuses on managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
The individual will liaise with and support the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
* Ensuring compliance and best practices
* Auditing the field team
* Conducting field visits as per company expectations
* Providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Building relationships with the team and customers
* Driving sales in the field
* Time management and report submission
Key Requirements:
* Strong integrity and decision-making skills
* National travel, 4 days a week in the field
* Experience managing field sales teams
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Self-starter with good time management
* Team player and problem solver
* Excellent presentation skills
* Fluent in English; bilingual advantageous
* Education up to GCSE level
* Experience with retail field visits preferred
* Proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Email)
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Remuneration:
* Competitive salary with end-of-year bonus
* OTE £50,000 - £55,000/year
