Administration / Scheduling Officer | BlueCare | Community Care

Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You’ll help ensure business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighborhood
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email and in person
* Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
* Organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
* Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for maintenance/repair of office equipment
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resources and other BlueCare systems and databases
* Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
* Assist senior staff with special projects as required
Role Requirements
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
* Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications
* Confidence with smartphones and digital devices or willingness to learn
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
