Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
* Implement office procedures to streamline operations and improve workflow.
* Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Foster effective communication within the team and across departments.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office or administrative role with supervisory responsibilities.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Previous experience in human resources or related fields is desirable.
