Finance Analyst
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, we are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst looking to take the next step in their career. Our client is a well-established business known for its collaborative culture and commitment to employee development. You'll be joining a forward-thinking finance team, supporting the production and analysis of management accounts, helping drive insight and informed decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Partner with key stakeholders to understand financial results and business drivers
* Develop financial models and reports to support business initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Skills & Requirements:
* Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
* Previous experience working with or producing management accounts
* Strong analytical and Excel skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
* Experience with ERP systems is advantageous
