Our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex. We deliver care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Job Description: We are recruiting an enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable team of carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Hungerford area. 12-hour day and night shifts.
Client overview
62-year-old female client with spinal cord injury. Six months of previous care experience is preferable; however full training, supervision, and support are given to all successful candidates.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality home care and support to clients in their own homes, following care plans and safety guidelines.
* Administer complex care tasks as trained, including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, airway suctioning, cough assist, autonomic dysreflexia, oxygen therapy and monitoring, bowel management, enteral feeding, epilepsy and seizure management, catheter care, complex medication administration, and behaviours which challenge.
* Assist with complex moving and positioning as required.
* Attend and participate in ongoing training and development through HFH’s carer development centre.

Pay and working patterns
* Daily pay rates up to £134.48, weekly pay up to £941.36.
* Live-in care patterns available (example: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) up to £24,475.36 per annum.
* We employ all staff directly and pay via PAYE to simplify tax and IR35 considerations.
* Note: Pay rates are inclusive of holiday pay.
